SHIPPING & HANDLING:
-We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping. All day, every day! 
-US ORDERS: We will process your order within 5-7 business days
  *If you need your order sooner, upgrade to priority shipping!
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will process your order within 7-10 business days
EXCHANGE POLICY:
-We offer EXCHANGES only. No returns. Please ask all questions before buying. 
-Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of exchange confirmation from customer service
-Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Minted Exchange hangtags, attached.
-Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
**IMPORTANT: Due to limited stock on our statement pieces it's important that you email us prior to your exchange so we can hold the new item you are exchanging for. If we are out of stock on a item you want to exchange for we will issue store credit. 
Return Directions:
-Email Customer Service at info@themintedexchange.com, put "Exchange" in the subject line. In the body of the email include your: order number, item you are exchanging and the item/sizes you are exchanging for. If you would like a higher priced item we will charge you for the difference. Customer Service will reply with the confirmation the new item is in stock as well as a return authorization number (RMA). You will be also given the address to ship the items back to.
